Dad was spoken to by a court officer just before the judge started speaking..This dad was so restless/moving his hands/changing his sitting positions/knee jumping up & down & fiddling with his hat/ect. I give this man respect for controlling himself as much as he did..Throwing out a verbal truth to your sons killer is nothing!! Happy the judge didn't get mad/charge him with contempt..
Look at the very beginning when she was asked if she understood the video.. in the background, u can see him trying to get up and his wife is holding him down. He was extremely upset and I don't blame him.
I have to give credit to the judge...she didn't threatening them with Contempt of court or kick them out, she actually listened to the victim's family!!!!!
Judges almost never throw contempt at distraught family. Even when a person must be restrained by the law enforcement in the court room, there are never actions taken unless someone is hurt. Any judge that has an ounce of humanity knows what extreme emotion and stress can do.
I'm crying for them right now. This is so heartbreaking. Is there a news article or something I can go to find out exactly what happened here. This just came across suggested videos and I clicked, now I have to know what happened. This breaks my heart...I have a boy, I can only imagine the pain.
I love my family so much and I don't doubt their love is as strong. If I was that dad, I'm not sure at all how I would survive. That father spoke up but didn't become violent. I'm glad for that.
@@IcyBlueii huh? The only victim in this case was the female bartender who was stabbed by the two in the case, which is what the hearing was for. By all accounts, the dead son in question was likely a co-conspirator. The two charged walked into the bar masked, and stabbed the bartender. They fled and were chased by a mob of patrons and beat up. The male was subdued and held down, Reed the woman got away. Since many of those patrons fled the scene, and kept quiet since, it's believed the dead brother was a co-conspirator, probably the driver and tried to fight the mob and got his sister away from the patrons who were beating her ass. He had minor injuries, so minor his cause of death was ruled undetermined. No stab wounds. No traumatic brain injury. Either he had an underlying medical condition or the toxicology report proved the substances in his blood could have triggered his death by moderate physical exertion.
Oh.... you wanna hear a judge allow a grieving mother to speak? Well here's the morherload, go to "I hope you suffer" mother says to son's killer. On youtube, you'll be very entertained.
Read the facts of the case before you type something next time. Now read the "facts" of this case and get back to us. The "dead" son was a co-conspirator in the attempted murder if the female bartender. He was not murdered. If he was murdered, it was not by his brother or sister.
I've had my share of bar fights and I'm proud to say I've not been in one in over 5 years. I used to just drink at home, and now I'm in the process of not drinking at all. 🙏to the family!!
The Judge didn't keep her in jIl. The perp doesn't have a million dollar cash to spring herself. Which I disagree with. Innocent until proven guilty Peace
Yeah..... well, if dad was setting standards for productivity and class, maybe his “good son” would have been far away from these stupid drunks and hanging out with better people
Mine are the reason I get up too..not because I want to. Havnt had a good night's sleep or a nap in 20 years..aside from the joke, wouldn't trade them for the world.
Awwww this poor family! 💔💔💔 The judge earned my respect as soon as she said "please come up here and identify yourself." To let him speak was a small but powerful gesture ❤
M-U-T-H-A-F-U-C-K-A-Z!!! 🖕😡🖕 Can't even have a nice little drink without KILLIN' someone... Drunk-ass crazy people dun even need a gun to fuckin' KILL you nowadays. They could just easily go get their car or truck and ram it right into the front of a bar or pub, and kill a whole buncha MOTHERFUCKERS and innocent bystanders just like that. Yes, just like that! DOZENS could get injured and blame the shit on you. There would be HELL to pay. Plus, there is NO guarantee if that alcoholic establishment's cheap-ass insurance policy even covers things like sudden DEATH or bodily injuries of its staff or customers (you can never be 100% shure). If YOU were the owner or manager of a pub like that, then you will have SHIT on your face and BLOOD on your hands! I once tried tellin' that shit to some 'bouncers' outside of a nightclub right here in New York, but they REFUSED to believe it. They are 1000% OVERCONFIDENT that kinda shit just WON'T ever happen and really DO believe that they could handle ANY kinda violent, outta control situation; with both ARROGANCE and IGNORANCE. Wearing sunglasses at NIGHT, with greased hair combed WAY BACK just like those shady mafia types. They were wobbly, breathing fast, and talked with slurred speech. They were obviously drinkin' on the job. Then without any warning; they suddenly beat me, robbed me, and told me to get the fuck outta that place! When they punched me, it hurt like a TON of bricks. Crazed, powerful CHEAPSHOTS from outta nowhere that could KILL a grown-ass man. Fuckers must've ate ALOT of pasta, cuz when they barked at me, their foul-ass breath smelled just like SHIT! They weren't even makin' coherent sentences anymore, they were just simply barking like DOGS! Dumbass fuckin' violent criminals, who work in security (or 'insecurity') like that need to be FIRED. I wanted to go to the po-lice, but I feared that there would be some HEAT. Those goddamn shady-ass bouncers are now free at large to beat up and harass ANYBODY who went there, just to get a drink. BTW, the bitches who served drinks there were MEAN AS FUCK and their cunts STANK as they walked by... I swear, one of 'em even FARTED. Prolly hadn't washed their junk in like a YEAR or more. They smelled like DUMPSTERS, man! Now let THAT motherfucker sink in fer a minute, the next time you decide to 'hit it up' at your friendly local bar or pub for a nice drink. HAHAHAHAHAR!!! 🍺😆🍻
To these parents……I am so very, very sorry for your loss. As a mother, I can’t imagine the pain you feel. It’s got to be all consuming, relentless and overwhelming. I thank the judge for allowing them to speak and for not having the father man handled as he exited the court room. Those parents deserve that moment of outrage and hate. They deserve the ability to tell these heartless asshole exactly how they feel without repercussions. My heart breaks for you both.
Top marks to the parents - no ranting or raving, just calmly voiced their opinions and testimony !. Top marks to the judge as well, some judges usually go ape-shit if somebody speaks out in court but not her - she all but welcomed them !
So sad. I don't even want to imagine losing a child, but the parents should be allowed to grieve and express themselves even if it meant they would be "ranting and raving".
So true! I watch every trial I can find and I've never saw a judge let a family speak.. Especially during the arraignment. I wonder why no one has been charged with their sons death? Have you heard anything about that?
Notice how as the father is being taken out of the courtroom he says "And there's my scumbag daughter." Yeah... I'm guessing she's no prize either since one of the suspects lived with her and her brother lost his life trying to defend her.
Man !! Did she actually shoot him ? I get it that the father is upset that his son died defending her, and that she is a careless drunk, but she didn't KILL her brother !!
I can’t believe the sister of the murder victim was on the other side. My heart just broke for the dad. I hope they all get more time than what is being thrown at them
@@seha0569 Really.. OMG 😯😲!! that's messed up, I guess the sister was friends /hanging with the murders.. talk about mad company 😒🙄👎 My condolences to the parents 🕯💐🙏🏻 😢 🤧 May their son R.I.P.😔
Clearly you have no clue what is going on. So why comment? You do realize that the dead son in question would have been in jail with these two had he lived? You do realize that the "dead son" in question was fighting the angry mob that chased his masked brother and sister out after they stabbed and cut the female bartender? You do realize that the dead son, knowing and willingly went with his brother and sister to "fuck up the bar" because she got thrown out? The father in this case blames them because he feels they got "the baby" of the family in trouble. That baby was 28 years old. Most importantly, the brother was not harmed by his siblings, but an angry mob. He was aiding his sister who briefly escaped. His injuries were very minor. He either had a medical condition or the drugs killed him when he decided to try and save his sister who just stabbed an actual victim. So, who raised all these bad and stupid people? I mean one bad apple out of a few is one thing, but all of them?
@@SoulforSale Murder is murder regardless of who is committing the crime lol, there is no "especially" when talking about murdering someone. If we are going to start "lynching" anyone for murder then the realistic fact of the matter would be that entire towns and most of some cities would need to be "lynched" for their daily actions towards their neighbors and fellow residents and if we started doing that then we'd be right back where we were 60-80years ago in terms of the highest percentage of ethnicity being "lynched". In my opinion people who have been killing others since they were teens and are still walking the streets is more of a terrorist act on our country then the handful of crooked cops there are in each city or town and state considering the civilian count heavily outweighs the law enforcement count for senseless and horrific murders.
My heart is absolutely broken for those parents. I'm so sorry for the pain and loss they have to deal with. They have much more restraint then I could ever have.
@@CarbiesChronicles shootings stabbing fights and rapes all happen at the bar or leaving the bar. No one says going out is bad persay but yes bars are bad! Drunkenness is never a mixture for goodness 😳 only people who don't get involved are people who stay sober enough to leave early! Even then that's not enough as mass bar shooting in Florida can tell you that!
I felt that fathers pain- I hope his daughter gets her act together and mends that relationship. You can tell the father was best friends with his son- it’s obvious, as a mom whose very close to my teen daughters, I just couldn’t imagine losing one and the other betraying us and taking the side of her killers. I pray for healing in this family.
You didn't look up the whole story did you. If the son had lived he would have been a co-conspirator. The 3 of them went up there to wreck the bar because she got thrown out.
@@lyricberlin OMG one person so far has read the facts of the case. This proves my theory that the vast majority of those who have an opinion in True Crime cases have no clue what is going on or what the facts are! Virtually every single comment believes that the hearing was for the dead son. The dead son was not a victim in this case. The bartender, the female bartender was stabbed and cut by the masked brother and sister and not one idiot asked "why was their brother found dead outside". Well one person out of hundreds. Thank you!
@@Beadledom2024 It is naive unprepared ignorance sunshine lollipops rainbows guns should be forbidden violence only leads to more violence and no one has a right to sentence anyone to death regardless of what crimes they commit kind of thinking that is the reason these people are grieving to begin with. Had their son been carrying a weapon and rolled up deep and had these people understood the we dont take any shit from anybody rule...the same rule we follow that no matter how pissed off we are we listen to both sides of a story...because dont believe most of what you hear and half of what you see...there is always another side except when it comes to victims of sociopathic narcissistic covert psychopaths, there is much to be said for the public executions, people who are thinking about doing bad things to good people wont be so inclined to act in haste knowing exactly what will most assuredly happen to them afterwards. Criminals are self serving and only have empathy for their own well being but have not a shred of remorse regarding the devastation they create by their own agenda.
It didn’t say that. She may have been, but this woman and this guy apparently lured the poor murdered dude to the bar. This woman lived with the deceased man’s sister.
America needs immediate execution of the firing squad like Cuba, Costa Rica, Panama and other countries in order to get the message across loud and clear. Then just watch how fast the murders stop.

@@LocoCloco Actually Lyric is right and she is the one of the few sensible ones trying to actually educate people. Unfortunately people are idiots. Maybe there would not be so much confusion if they actually read the facts of the case or actually listened to the hearing. The dead son was a co-conspirator. The only victim was the female bartender. All but maybe 5 or 6 people actually questioned this. The rest commented all because the public in general has a lynch mob mentality.
When Larry Nassar was being sentenced for molesting/raping the gymnasts on the women's USA Gymnastics team, one of the fathers took a run at Nassar during his victim impact statement. He was cited (AT. THE. TIME.) for contempt of court, but when he appeared before the (same) judge on that citation, he did express remorse, and the judge told him point-blank that s/he may have done the same thing in that father's shoes.
@@storyofcory I feel him on that. The two prisoners are brother and sister and the man is dating and living with the murdered man's sister. The prisoners went to a local bar and the female attacked the bartender with a knife which started a bar fight. After the police arrived and arrested these two, a man was found dead in the parking lot. It was that distraught couples son. They believe there son was killed as a result of the stabbing. That's why the dad is yelling at his daughter, because she went to the bar knowing what was going to happen.
That's how intense it was when my brother was murdered. The guy killed my brother and his own brother father and he only got 2 life sentences and parole in 5years with credited time served for 5years. The system is fukd up
really? When he went with these to and started the bar fight? Someone didn't look up what really happened. None of these charges were for his son who if he lived would have been a co-conspirator
When alcohol and maybe other drugs are involved all bets are off and anything can happen including somebody getting killed. I think all fights are best to be avoided because you never know who you are dealing with and what they are capable of doing.
