Really liked the close up animation of the transporters really helped me visualise the process

I found it very helpful to play the video while reading out loud and recording the written narration. Now, I can watch the video with my full attention while playing back my own recording.

Fantastic! it is awesome to consider how our body works at this level. I'm very impressed with this animation. I love learning how all this works. Unfortunately my Doc says I have anti-parietal cell antibodies, which, apparently, is some kind of auto-immune thing that means my body destroys itself and this, apparently, leaves me short of vitamin K2 which leads to other problems. I'm trying to understand these things myself, but it is rather complex and it is great to see models like this as it helps. I still find it very complicated, but I like watching it and trying to follow what is going on.

fantastic video!!! only thing it lacked was the voice explanation of the concept because at times it becomes difficult to look at the video and read the text box shown!!! If possible do work on that !!! But otherwise its too good...Thanks a ton👌

If anyone studies in a related field, I could use your help on this one. Looking at it myself, I keep making hypothesis but they don't make sense. I have suffered a severe and permanent reaction to fluoroquinolone antibiotics over 5 years ago but since then. certain foods can recripple me for up to two months after. Sometimes I get a minor reaction to other foods that occurs roughly 20-30 minutes after I eat the offending food. this will trigger a body wide reaction where my tendons stiffen, joints crack n pop and severe pain sets in. This lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours, which leads me to believe theres a problem with me in the process outlined in this video. The only other noticeable fact is that this tends to happen at the same time as indigestion and/or acid reflux. If anyone has any ideas that could help me, I'd be eternally grateful as I frequently suffer horrible excruciating pain.

This is very informative, but would be much better with spoken narration. This would leave the eyes free to look at the images while the ears take in the corresponding narration. As it is, the text and visuals compete for attention instead of working together.
