The Island of Paros in the Cyclades has everything you look for in that archetypal Greek Island experience. Imagine beautiful beaches, traditional fishing villages, tavernas on the water, picturesque churches, labyrinthine streets to get lost in & some very classy Greek style retail therapy. I have visited 5 times now & always look forward to next time. This time I was staying in Parikia, the main port town of Paros. From here we explore some of the local beaches, with some top tips on how to avoid the expensive sunbed charges, walk around the village & see the famous Church of 100 Doors.

In Parikia, I stayed at Hotel Dina (www.booking.co.... It was a fantastic location, right in the centre of the action. Rooms are small but functional & they could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommended.
