Paris 1e - the first arrondissement of Paris - is home to the Louvre, Palais Royal, Jardin des Tuileries, and so much more. It's connected to the left bank by Pont Neuf and Pont des Arts, filled with shopping options like Les Halles and Rue de Rivoli, and is generally the bustling center of the French capital.
