Cool video! I love crepes! We also had some awesome crepes in Paris near the Sacre Coeur and made a video about it on our channel. I want to try more crepes the next time I visit Paris.
I'd gladly eat it but it looks light. All that pita and very little cheese and egg. Seems disproportionate. Like it is missing an egg and some veggie toppings. Some tomato, mushrooms or green peppers could amp it up. Basically anything you'd put in an omelette.

La honte !!! tu va a la rue Moufftard à paris 10 fois meilleurs et moins cher 3€90 la crêpe compléte avec de la salade oignon oeuf jambon fromage tomate etc.....
If you pay more than 3-5 euros for this (5 euros being expensive for this) you're being fooled. This is not french food. This is junk food made with industrial products made to look like french cuisine. This costs at most 1 eur to make, more likely 50cts knowing that they buy raw ingredients in bulk.
Maître Sâge Well in Paris a fast food pizza is 5 euros. It's cheap, poor quality, but you know what you get for 5 euros. If they sell these so called galettes more than 5 euros it is a tourist trap. The crepe dough costs near to nothing for a single serving when prepared in bulk (maybe 5-10cts). You can buy eggs in bulk for 10cts/pc in stores. The cheese is probably the cheepest they found if not a fake cheese (they do that for pizzas). And finally the ham looks very very bad. It is bubble gum pink and the shape is so unnatural. You can buy better ham for less than 20cts a slice in stores so I guess this is cheaper than that.
French food cooked by an immigrant, how sad. It's the same in England, soon there will be no difference between any former nation on earth, everywhere will look like McDonalds.
