They are 36.5 sqm Pet .I bought one off plan around 2009 .Luckily it got built and completed .Many didn't at the time .I kept it for about 3 years .They rented for around B7k during the Plandemic .

Oftentimes those condos have paper thin walls as well.

A decent bed is essential but the one in the first Condo looks like a ploughed field😮

Always good to see decent sized condo rooms not shoeboxes. Yep as you say they’re identical but cheap looking furniture n no decent views apart from 1st room. Be a max of 10k per month I reckon…plus elec /water & no WiFi. Better alternatives around. How annoying was the loud voiced guy speaking broken English with Thai agent in corridor…ruins the vdo IMO.🤔🤷😎
