Sir good. Pm po gusto kulang itanong regard sa stroke ko lift side po mild lang po, pero ang kado ko parang matigas lang po ha ggang mukha at manhid nakakalakad naman akoat nakakahawak pero yong matigas lang katawan k, maraming salamat po sa mabibigay po ninyong advise po.

I having problem in The morning while Brushing teeth my toes are cramping n Very pain when in the in toes are folding n It's takes about 1/2.n hour sometimes take 1hour to release the Cramped.Friend what excercise I should do To solve this problem I m hoping for your reply.
