At Parkour Generations we believe in getting young people moving and keeping them moving for their whole life. Our Youth Parkour Classes do just that, building on every young person's natural desire to move, to play, to explore their environment as well as their own capabilities.
We instill a love of challenge, of excellence and an appreciation of one's own physical capacity and potential. Our classes give kids the ability and the tools to manage risk and fear, to make their own sensible decisions about what their body can and can't do, and the maturity to work together as a group to help everyone succeed at any given task. No one is excluded, there is no competition - only collaboration - and all are challenged according to their level of experience and capability.
Our Youth Parkour Classes also help develop self-discipline and an understanding of the need to work at something to improve - that there are no shortcuts to being your best in life, and that skill, quality and achievement is a result of consistent effort, smart thinking and hard work. Combined with our natural love of play and eternal curiosity, that makes the Kids Parkour Classes an incredibly positive environment for young people to find their way in life!
