This is a short documentary featuring a parkour/freerunning athlete. Here Márcio shares his journey, what's behind his parkour training, what's behind the jump and what it takes to overcome a mental barrier. While spending a few days following Márcio I learned that parkour is much more than just jumping around and for me that was really important to show in this documentary.
