Adam, I have to say, of all the parkour vids I've looked at, Urban Current has been by FAR the most helpful. And, not to detract from your friends at UC, but your very detailed instructions and break downs of each body movement have been extraordinarily helpful. THANK YOU!!! It's just what I needed to get a grasp of what I'm doing and prevent me from injuring myself.
I second this. Also, you have the best tutorials ever since you make some sort off real exercise out of it instead of just telling how it must be done. Keep it up.
haha nice man, best tutorials by far -extremely broken down and fundamental with repitition -not the crap that's hard to follow -don't remember ever seeing that in the valley
Wow! I really like your tutorials. I think that they are very very detailed, precise and very helpful. I like how you interspersed visual + text. Very effective. Now I'll go learn this! Thank you!
Great tutorial! Just one thing: you say that all the steps from the ground version also applies on the "flying" version, but you don't (and shouldn't) put your elbow up in the last version. Could be a bit confusing for people new to this movement so I just thought I should point it out.
nice tutorial guys as always. though i've got this technique alreadu its interesting to see a diff aspect and refine my technique. lols btw ive always called it a reverse underbar but it turns out i was wrong : )
thanx really great video i do an underbar 360 in my video"alittle bit of parkour" but im not sure if i got it right can people tell me plz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been looking at your shoes during the whole tutorial (nice one, by the way, I'll try it tomorrow) and yes, I am sure they are Feiyue, aren't they? I was considering using them to do parkour, but they seem too flat to me. How do you feel with them on the street?
