I been messing around attempting to fix / upgrade ton's of DC 775 and 550 canned motor's for a couple of year's now and what I learned form this guy just in this video is some of the best info on every from tearing down to rebuilding. You saved me a lot of trial and error thanks.
i have good advice just buy the motor on ali-express.... and put it in. but it is amazing he is making all the copper coil-winding again. that is a nice work.
I have to congratulate you for your skills. I could never do that... I rather spend 10 $ to buy another motor. I use the same motor on my model boats. But again I tip my hat to you!
Thanks for this job . I have seam proplem so sad for my parkside 😔 The copper strips were damaged by the heat and the inner fan melted, and the inner core must be changed .
Winding can be done in both sides simultaneously. That would minimize the difference in resistance of each coil and enhance overall performance of the motor. Otherwise your system of winding is very much systematic using number tags on various parts of the rotor.
it was awesome content. And Thank you, because that you didn't use any background music.
Dear friend! I really enjoy watching your videos. I believe I've seen them all!! Where is that paradise with all these damaged Parkside? I have a question that you could answer: What if i wanted to make a 12volt dc motor from a cordless drill to work with 18volts? What should I do?
04:00 - Great idea adapting the gear extractor, but the central pin could have been just a tiny bit longer. Wouldn't have needed to hit the shat to extract the gear.
Hi Dahen Zana. I have got 18 V cordless drill motor. Winding coils are in good values but although all are well motor does not turn easily as if it is tight but why I did not realized.
Same motor was in DC battery fan ....i bought identical motor n changed its backplate n armature ....from new motor...I was bit lazy for that much work 🤪🤣🙄
Hi i would like to know if you can help me.i have an parkside angle grinder 20v with burn PNP or NPN transistor. you know to tell me the type to buy another one?
