BTTF 1's 40th anniversary is in 2025, so I think they could incorporate that into the rumored Fan Fest that might be taking place next year. Would love to see them convert Mel's diner into Lou's cafe, or build a BTTF themed maze for the event.
Ghostbusters coaster would be great. Two other coasters could be a jaws coaster with you in boat seats and a jaws chase after you on the track or a back to the future coaster! As for simpsons hollywood replace it with a disney philharmagic like show with ips not in the park much like et, back to the future, jaws, gremlins, beetlejuice, smokey and the bandit, casper 90s movie, the mask, bill and ted, an american tail, woody woodpecker, land before time, terminator, twister, scooby-doo, etc. For Florida replace nick studios with a grinch darkride. Put a tiny minion spinner in the unused second shrek theatre room, put he-man and she-ra in sinbad, spongebob show or marvel stage show at toon theatre and beetlejuice or back future stage show in fear factor. Fill these empty theatres.
My first visit to USH I was so annoyed I didn't get to see the clock tower. All I have is a blurry photo from the top of the escalators. I'm hoping to go back this summer so hopefully no filming later this time.

They're unofficial scare zones, usually featuring "roaming hordes" and cannot be listed on the park map as an official scare zone... at least not in Orlando. Not sure how it works in Hollywood.
