Parkville, MO is known for its local shops, art galleries, and the historic downtown area. Sitting right next to the Missouri River, the small town shows its holiday pride every year with many of the storefronts decorated to attract those wandering around to see what small town living is like. There is also a wonderful park, English Landing Park, with pedestrian friendly trails that that you get up close views of the Missouri River.
