Hot damn,……. I was looking for a "LAZY BOY 5 CRAFTSMAN tiller. I had no luck anywhere online or on RU-vid. So, I decided to type the word, "Parmi Tool Company and this video popped up. Yours is so identical to mine in everything such as colors and frames. The only two things that are difference is, mine does not say, "Reverse!" Craftsman instead. And my engine is not Briggs & Stratton, it is an Tecumseh engine. I do not have the black knob on the top for reverse. My model number is 12037. I have the same white sticker on the left side that gives the information of brand, model number, serial number and address of Parmi Tool Company. I paid $75 dollars and it didn’t work. He didn’t mentioned that it wasn’t working and I failed to ask if working or not. I paid another $100 - $150 to have it to work, and still beats paying $500 for a brand new one. Thanks for your video. What you paid for yours and what did you had to work on to get it fix. Thank you!
I got it(and just about everything I post) free- "curb shopping". This one only had a dirty gas tank that it wasn't pulling up gas. The name Parmi intrigued me. I have the belts off in this video as I decided to fix a small sump gasket oil leak to finish it off when I got it to run again. I have other different small engine products that I haven't recorded and posted yet. I figure upload them now, some day many years from now, people will be like you and be hunting for "the mower their dad had" - this being another one of them. ps: before u pay to fix your stuff again, let me know- they are alot easier to fix than u think. *UPDATE* I just took it for a spin to till my front yard to resod it. It gave me the opportunity to use up the gas so i could put it away as I have *a few* other tillers to play with.
I picked up one this week for $33, Similar issue with gas system, never seen a front-tine rototiller with reverse. Would love a parts list or an owners manual, do you have one
no, I don't although another person who posted have the Sears version of it so maybe he can give u the model number and get a manual that way. BTW, I guess reverse was pretty popular as the 3 tillers I have(and uploaded) all have reverse.
