In the game the Parseval has Armor Piercing bombs which produce Citadel hits, and torpedoes which are fast but have short range.
See the setup of the ship and commander. Then see a battle in Standard right after the ship is setup - to the tune of 88K damage, 12 torpedo hits, 8 AP bomb hits (with 4 Citadels), 13 destroyed enemy aircraft from AA, 3 spotted ships, and a destruction.
The battle was post nerf on July 5, 2021 where the AP bomb damage on all the German Aircraft Carriers had been reduced.
