I love rista. I lived in Kashmir for almost 15 days and had rista almost every second day. We easily get it in restaurants but the ones made at home in traditional way can't be matched. I love Kashmiri people and their way of treating guests at their home. Lucky to have Kashmiri friends. ❤️
@@hiad33 yes they did.. took me to a temple right next to a mosque in Kupwara as well ( if you know it's there where the Kashmiri separatists movement started)..! You should visit sometime..

hi , u made a super kashmiri dish and it required some skill and effort to make delicious rista. i have been to KASHMIR three time during my Amarnath visits in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and i enjoyed bakery items specially Khus Khus layered bsicuits, Honey walnut pastry and kashmiri cuisine very much. i regularly make Mutton Rogan Josh and Dum Pukht at my native place KARWAR in charcoal fire

This very delicious food reminded me of a road-side hotel at Chanderkot on the way to Srinagar from Jammu. I loved it and immediately me and wife fell in love with this wazwan. Please post more videos and if you can show how to make your Kashmiri rotis, it would be just great. I had been to Kashmir 2 times already but would love to go there again and again just for the hospitality I received during some tough periods and second is just for the Wazwans. Very nicely narrated.

Prince k I am persuing chartered accountancy in Delhi ( originally from Nepal) . Many Kashmiri come to study CA in Delhi. I don’t think they speak good English though they are hardworking. For eg they pronounce books as bookus six as sicus . One of my friend is aaqib rather from Srinagar.
abhinav nepal you are right, but you must keep it in mind that we can't speak like Britishers or Americans. "We" I mean all non-native speakers of English and you too are in that list. Speaking good English doesn't mean that the speaker is an exceptional person.
