Part 1: Morris Mountain Off-Road Park! - 2013 Ultimate Adventure Week

With a motto of "No Whining," 25 custom 4x4s traversed four states on a 1,500 mile on and off road trip. The 13th running of the Ultimate Adventure traveled the South from Alabama through Georgia, Florida, and ending in South Carolina.
The first day saw the group check in and learn the few rules of the trip, and then begin a trek that would have them living out of their vehicles for the next week. Appropriate for the start of an Ultimate Adventure, the first destination sees the group hitting Morris Mountain Off-Road Vehicle Park where they attempt the first obstacle, "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly." Morris Mountain ORVP makes sure the group is well seasoned in 4x4 carnage before they travel to the next destination.

Would love to see this ultimate adventure do the same concept but never touch pavement. Work their way across a few states by only using back roads and trails.

How is it possible to run a vacuum in your tires? Negative pressure is less then 1 atmosphere so the tire would be sucked in, not just empty.

FORDboy357 actually if you follow dirt every day Dave is now paralized. They did a show with him on dirt everyday but never explained how he became wheelchair bound. He has a pretty cool truck that's custom built for him to drive.

Hey, Rick Pewe you might want to learn how a tire works-- if you have Zero Pressure that would Flat and Negative Pressure would mean a vacuum at work within the tire.

looks like allot of fun, but you guys in general use way higher tire pressures then we do down under. Not just in this video but in all the Yankee offroading videos I’ve seen on YT, i just can’t figure out why

Depends what you're on. We did 15 psi on sand dunes this last weekend. But thats without beadlocks though. With beadlocks you could obviously go lower.

This all started on one trip when someone from the host city said, it is sooo hot out there if you wear black, you will die. We laughed and they pointed out a couple in the drivers meeting and said again, more intensely, IF YOU WEAR BLACK, YOU WILL DIE....after the drivers meeting, most went and changed shirts......when we all came out after changing into black shirts, we joined the others already in black...and no one DIED :'P

I prefer to see rigs like that 2001 GMC that the driver isn't scared to beat it up, not like brand new 60,000 dollar Jeeps that no one can actually afford.
