Whenever people ask me what SM is I stay this Imagine one day you went to do something You go to talk but you just can't It's like that phrase zip it lock it put it in your pocket But instead of having the key in YOUR pocket SOMEBODY else has it. And they barricade you in for years until you finally decide to brave that person with the key and take it But for some people that might never happen

do you have a facebook? ive had selective mutisim all my life and i would love to talk to other ppl that have it

I have selective mutism it's really hard to go to school or public I had friends but didn't talk to them

Your SM isn't as severe as mine , not to compare but I had a hard time communicating with everyone outside my family and friends near home.
