Hi Brent, thank you very much for your kindly words. Indeed it is very nice model. I like the shape and Italian design. I do not rush myself and try to be precise as much as I can :)
Enjoying your videos you are a craftsman after watching you I feel that I should start another project. Have you ever tried a CA accelerator to help cure CA joints
Samuel, thank you very much. Post some photos of your Riva into comments :). Regarding instant glue www.prospektor.sk/modelarska-chemia/lepidlo-sekundove-power-ca-stredne-20g/
Hi! Great progress. Your no nail planking method is great. By the way it seems there is no enough gap at the short end to fit into the stern molding. Have got the same problem. How to you plan to fix the problem?)
Hello Artem, Indeed I dont like nails on final layer :) And yes, I have same problem. I removed some wood material from first layer in order to connect 2nd planking. Mahogany strips are about 1,5 mm. It looks that I have to remove at least 1mm during sanding.
Hi, Vlad. I made some extra sanding of the first planking, but seems in is not enough. By the way I didn’t glue moldings yet and didn’t do the stern, will try to adjust moldings after hull planking (almost done)
Well I had also this dilemma if glue moldings before or after. Post some pictures of your Riva if you can. Btw, I am ready to upload new video soon. So you can see how I finish short side of the stern.
Hi Stephen, thank you for your comments. Timing on subtitles adjusted - I added few more second. About music, I cannot do anything now after publishing /but noted your opinion/.
