Surely the old coolant you added back in was already a 60/40 mix of coolant and water? So then you didn’t need to add extra water? Good job anyhow - very clear explanation of the process 👍
Filling with coolant without pulling vacuum would leave too much air in the system. It's recommended to proceed this way then bleed the system to remove potential air left inside.
