Install a new clutch bell by using an M8-1.25mm x 20mm bolt, along with some large washer and a rubber sheet to safely get the bell in without having to hit it with a mallet, which could damage or warp the bell. This method also allow the bell to be seated flush all the way into the bearing.

Will this allow it to mount to a goped or othe type of gas scooter? If not do you know of anyway or where you can get a 78mm clutch housing that will?

Is it normal to have a little play in the clutch bell after installation? Mine is a bit loose when you push on the sides, but rotates smoothly.

That just might be the inner bearing race. Was the bell hard fit into the bearing?

how did you get the stock clutch bell out?

Well in my case the engine mount & drum are sold separately, but what you can do is just thread in an old sprocket or a bolt all the way in and tap the drum out with hammer.
