In 2004 Bravo compiled a fantastic list of 100 Scariest Movie Moments, the list was great but since 2004 we've gotten some insanely great scares in the past few years and I wanted to compile a modern list that highlight some of those moments while also paying tribute to the moments that changed the face of horror films as we know it.
