I have been on plant based diet for over one year and SOS free ; but my cholesterol jump to 235; TSH to 6.07 and ESR to 31 which were very good and normal for ever. I was shocked. And read that broccoli; cabbage and cauliflower increase the TSH. Could you tell me why my blood work was changed so drastically?
Great stuff doctors. I might try it but I can honestly say I bought plant based drinks from the market and mostly what I tasted was the ground. Didn’t like them but drank them anyway cause they were almost four bucks a piece. And that was because of Dr. Li.
