You should really check out Callipeg! It's a cool animation app on the iPad, it has a ton of features:) I would really love for you to do a review on it🤩😍
Yep it is not specialize in it, I use procreate because I wanted to figure out how to animate purely on iPad although it ended up being a pretty roundabout way. I have tried Clip studio and other software, but I just like the feel of drawing on procreate more. I'll experiment different methods to animating later on, for now I wanted to see if it was possible. But good to note that this is not a software that was made for it
