Yeah, it really is easy to compare ourself to others. It's something I used to do all the time. but when I started realizing how much it was affecting me make me feel worse, I realize it's something I didn't want to do. Rather than wanting what other people have and ask myself why I can't get it, I do positive talks. I explained to myself why I'm not there yet to justify and give myself reasons. And then I try to think of ways to get to where I want to be and meet my goals
