Awesome! I think the 1+ can be a great option for freshwater. Just remember to protect the bearings and hardware as much as possible and keep an eye out for corrosion. I finally got my setup working and figured out. The new mics I ordered work great and switching to external batteries for filming using the GoPro made a HUGE difference. Can't wait to see your pics!
Thanks! I appreciate all the info you provide, both fishing and RU-vid related. I tried to just buy some stuff but quickly realized I needed something custom. Now I have a drive to make more! The hard part is balancing fishing, building, filming, and oh yeah my day job hahah. Stay safe out there!
I am not sure, I think it all depends on how they would be mounted. Sorry for late reply, never got notified I had a comment. I try to reply within 24 hours and this one never pinged me.
@@WhitchurchFishing1 thanks for looking out but no. I spotted it on Greg Blanchard video, and heard rumor they were doing r&d to see if it was feasible. In the meantime I needed to be able to steer my Titan x and came up with a similar prototype and then did a bunch of trial and error to improve on it some. Their final product is super nice, jury is still out on if it can stand up to salt water so I will be interested to try it out and do a review.
