I’m in solar business. 2:25 That fancy solar parasol is a gimmick. It doesn’t impact much no matter where the sun is facing. Is going to cost a bomb when rosak..a lot of money to maintain and repair

Well, first of all prices are lower and attractive compared to Taman tun's older condos. Then there's the guaranteed surrounding lush green view unlike mont Kiara, and the golf membership

Every other manufacturers been making Ultra short throw projectors since 2008/09 even Sony, nothing so special about samsung

With the starting price is 1.25M, it’s significantly cheaper in Singapore dollars. Costing over 400K. Bigger than the govt HDB 5 Room flat and one does not get free country club membership.

@piggy 55 isn’t the sole purpose of getting an apartment is for own stay rather than investment. Objectively, this is consider a mid level quality apartment by a well known developer. A Low quality apartment in Singapore would cost higher due to the density and size of the island.

@piggy 55 Malaysia is well known for poor property maintenance n poor social security, against a poor public services. Setting aside “the land cost n built up cost” - the property will run down with passing time n poor maintenance; amidst the frustrations of daily activities of inefficiencies/bureaucracies which Singaporeans have had taken for granted. If u intend to stay in Malaysia, you need to slow down and “live to let live”, easy going as not to fret yourself to an early grave with Malaysian’s “chin chia-ness”/make to do/comprises n idiosyncrasies of Malaysia Boleh-ness.

@piggy 55 "you cant live freely'? haha idk where you are from bro. nor do i know where u got the stats for the number of robberies. But you cant be further than the truth. shit happens everywhere. SG also got alot crimes, malaysia also got alot of crimes. difference is SG knows how to cover. its not easy to be a small island fighting to be No.1 in the world in terms of economy, and that reflects in their media. lifestyle wise, in SG is horrific, while i was working there during my short 12 month period, had 2 ex's and ran into one in public transport before, ran into another one while with a new gf while at a mall. SG is only so big to be able to "live freely". I cant imagine life there as a teen, going to school, naturally people will hate each other for no reason, easily they can find where u live, stalk you, follow you home, everyone uses public transport ma, harassment is a thing teens and people in their 20's encounter alot in SG more so than in MY especially for women. so "live freely"? nah. But in the end, to each their own. theres no perfect country, both has dodgy areas, both got lower class citizens, theres no fairness in generalizing and slandering either of the countries. Personally, in general i feel lifestyle in Malaysia is cheaper than SG and i get more or exactly what i pay for. Prime example being car ownership in SG, COE? no thanks.
