take the situation 'lightly' . Dont judge into right and wrong. Be aware of what is useful and waste. To develop a habit of awareness, look into your thought. Writing and music is a good way of channelising emotions 'and cleaning web of thoughts

TV dekhte ho na .....bakvaas serial bhi aati hai toh background mein chalti hai na .....toh vaise hi apne mind KO Mann koh dekho ......jyada bhau diye bina....... Look at your thoughts like you see the traffic from the side of the road..... When you see yourself entering the road and chasing the traffic then laugh at yourself and come back to the side of the road........kar ke dekho ....bada mazaa ayega ......after few weeks it becomes a habit. ....this traffic analogy I got from using headspace meditation app ....its pretty good. Anyways....wish you all well. ...ab sone jaa raha hun..
