Insights Summary from all parts: 1. Take yourself lightly. Don't be self centered. Get rid of " I " and make quick calls. 2. When problems are solvable - Take Actions. When not - Change Thinking Patterns. 3. The best kind of thinking is "light thinking" rather than judging things as + or - 4. More Aware = More Alive 5. Develop organised thinking through writing or music. 6. Physical workout helps to reboot our brain. 7. Prayers can help to truly forgive and forget. 8. Be constructively busy and learn how to be peaceful when not busy. 9. Root cause of overthinking is being in past or future ( time ). 10. Learn from past rather than overthinking about it and be realistic about future ( such as focus on health ) rather than overestimating or underestimating it. My personal favorite : "Itne samajhdar ho jao ki aapko samajh aajae ki samajh mein kuch nhi pra" Thank you Sandeep again. Around 2 years ago I was going through some very tough time( Depression, overthinking, laziness, sadness.....) that was very tough time, I read and listened to many many philosophies from many great motivational and spiritual speakers, but nothing worked for me, Finally what worked for me was yoga and more specifically these three pranayamas Kapalbhati, anulom vilom and bhramari pranayama. I started doing it just for 2 min because that time my mind was so distracting, I was not able to do it more than 2 min that time, I have been doing these pranayamas for more than a year now and my mind is much more focused now. so pls consider yoga if someone is dealing with depression or overthinking.
Yoga,meditation,adhyatm combine together is happiness ,but meditation is just for sometime to deepen our understanding. After that Mokshya ( at the mind level )
To be free from the thought of past, ask yourself a question "What did I learn from the experience?" To be free from the thought of future ,see whether you are overestimating it or underestimating it. Learnings from this video 1) the best way to get rid of the past is to learn from it. 2)overthinking is not just negative it can also be overthinking about your happy memories. Learn from happy & sad memories/past both. 3)overthinking can be because of the future. When you underestimate or overestimate the future based on your present.

And i couldn't study properly. after getting lil relax yesterday a thought to get rid of attachment came into my mind and to red rid of sadness i was feeling i search I got your videos . Very informative video. Reduce negative thoughts. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind instantly. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15-20 minutes or more. You can sit or lay down anywhere-anytime. No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. With practice the mind will relax. Keep a reminder to observe your breath sensations throughout the day and night at home, at work, when travelling etc with eyes open or closed. One more tip is to sit on a chair without moving, be still and observe your breath. Stillness reduces thoughts and brings relief quickly.. Like me make this a lifetime habit to have a better life. Ananaya Sarkar, In life there are only 2 problems--mind and the body. To feel better reduce negative thoughts [overthinking]. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives good relief from stress-anxiety. To relax sit on a chair or lie down, neck straight, eyes closed and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight your thoughts. With daily practice the mind will relax. No deep breathing needed. Observe your breath sensations when taking a walk, before sleep, in college, at work, when reading, etc. Like me, make this a lifetime daily habit to have a better life.
