@@TheRebelReseller Can't wait! I just watched this vid, for the 3rd time!👍 @14:46 ; the Eden Bear, in blue pj's, FINALLY sparked something in my brain lol because I thought, "I have that bear!" Found him in my "Nanny plush" box. His terry cloth jammies are soft, but for some reason his fur is very coarse. Do you have a recommendation as to how to make it soft again? Thank you so very much for this video and I could watch you talk about plush for 24 hours straight! 😀
I still have my Gonga gorilla. I'm pretty sure I bought him when I was in college in the early 80s. He almost went in a Yard sale once, but my daughter decided he was cute enough to keep. 😍
@@TheRebelReseller Haha! Yes, and trying not to be a hoarder! I should probably do a video sometime of all the treasures and sentimental things that I COULD sell on eBay, but don't want to. LOL!
Excellent excellent video, several thrift stores in my area have tons of plush, knew there had to be some gold in there but had no clue where to start...thanks to you I have a great beginning.
Great Video. Love these type of videos- they help you when out sourcing- it is great not have to look up everything to have an idea of what the better sellers are etc...
Love the video and I so appreciate you sharing new brands to be looking for. I recently found a Snuggle Bear at the Goodwill. Thanks again Rebel for opening my eyes to valuable Plush. Tina from NC
Love researching with you! When I was first looking at plush I found a raggedy old dog plush and thought it was kinda cute. I don’t have service in this store, so I look stuff up sometimes later. I happened to think of the dog plush and looked it up, it was a knickerbocker Puppy love plush. I immediately went back when they opened and bought it. Sold it fairly quickly for about $75! I was hooked on plush after that lol.
You had a big stuffed cat from the 80s and I told you there was a compartment on the back of the head for batteries. I have the same one and mine is listed for $158 and I have a watcher on it. I just wanted to let you know that it’s not, a cheap plush.
I do accept free returns. I think it cuts down on the inad returns. Until we started clothing, I had very few returns. But they are coming more often with the clothing.
It depends on what they are stuffed with. If it is shredded paper or foam, then I won't wash. If the fabric is fragile I won't wash. I have washed things that I worried I might destroy but felt it had to be done. Sometimes it is ok, sometimes not.
