Whether the Court of Appeal has the jurisdiction to acquit and discharge the accused persons? Is this not the High Court's jurisdiction.?

Complete IGNORANCE, left and right. Ghana practices ADVERSERIAL system of justice where the ACCUSED is deemed innocent until the prosecution can prove them otherwise. But what GODFRED DAME and the likes of you, including this Adom, are professing to Ghana is INQUISITORIAL, where DAME thinks that the ACCUSED is GUILTY and must prove his innocence by DEFENDING himself. What kind of JUSTICE SYSTEM is this? Fools.
