I went to court for a accident and I got told that I had to deal with the consequences I had no right to plead guilty, not guilty, and no contest. Right to confront my accuser, and the fact that you're innocent until proven guilty, yes there was an accident but I believe the person was at fault after going over double yellow lines

Now I’m trying to file an appeal regarding a violation of my 4th amendment right technically my house was expropriated in top of that a violation of the expropriation rules according to US CODE 2370a

I remembered the Facts when the Document was written, but now I do not remember many of the facts. 2)One of my Attorneys Took Notes and Wrote my initial Statement Of Facts regarding my Case, but after that Attorney left the Organization, my present Private Attorney Lazily REFUSED TO TAKE ANY NOTES about the remaining FACTS OF MY CASE. saying that he would Remember everything I said, then later he forgot most of what I said. And when at my request my Attorney came to see me to hear me talk about the remaining Facts Of My Case, my Attorney Refused to Take Notes, saying that he would Remember everything I said; then later he forgot most of what I had said. My Attorney charged my Parents exorbitant amounts of Money to Represent me, and my Attorney told my Parents he needed Money to do things on my Case at the same time my Attorney was telling me that he was NOT doing anything on my Case. 6)My Attorney told me he could get me a Plea Bargain which seemed like a really good Plea Bargain to me, but he tried to Dissuade me from taking a PLEA BARGAIN. Then later he said he would NOT be able to get a Plea Bargain; he seems to want to go to Trial, and I think it is just that he gets more money from a Trial. So I went to the court for an order of protection from a stalker. The judge chalked it up to “we couldn’t get along”, even tho I have police reports of this stalker threatening to end my life, and proof of many other atrocities commited against me by this stalker. The judge gave us a no contact order for a year. The stalker is currently and has been breaking this order. I called the police today because the stalker was at it again, and they took me to jail for not paying the $111.25 from Oct. 10, 2023. (He split the cost between me and the stalker). I have been affected mentally sooo bad because of this stalker, a police officer even told me I am the fifth woman to report this man for stalking, but the judge said that was hearsay. PLEASE HELP ME, I walked home from jail in the dark a few hours ago. Putting me in even more danger.
In appealing your case by. a de novo appeal you get a chance to ask for jury trial.I am sure I will be aquited if I get Jury trial.They have done everything possible to get me to accept plea agrements,but I won't plead guilty to something I didn't do.Now they added another charge of stalking to get me to plead guilty to hit/run unoccupied vehicle.Definitly never did that.That word not even in my vocabulary.Did not get trespass warrant first or restraining order first even no need for any of this.Even had fired lawyer show up in court and accept continuence on CW subpoenaed witness a no show.I want to sue city and put stop to this court corruption which I can prove.What happened to fast and speedy trial.I have not got to speak in my defence
It sounds so easy but from experience as a Pro Se, judges don’t take us serious and they know we have not alternatives. I am dealing with that now and unless I am stupid the law was clear and the MS Supreme Court still rules against me.
You have to know how to sue them in federal court and appeal. If you know those two you have all the parts. Showing up in their courts is just the defense. You need offense and special teams.
yeah sure, but appeal can cost 500 bucks. I got burned in an online wirefraud scam, the FBI said I'd have to try small claims cause the value was too low. The referee didn't even consider my evidence and the guy lied to the court, they denied me any relief.
@@smackledorfmcsween he scammed me selling a piece of sports equipment that was basically a scooter hub you buy from amazon, he then wrapped some scrap and whatever around it calling it his finished product, it was a total scam and he's scammed others after research I found. He wouldn't take it back or communicate at all so I sent him back everything except the valuable hub motor. The referee remarked that I should have sent everything back (9/10th of the law blaw blah blah). The worst part is I paid a lawyer 260 bucks for a 1 hour zoom and he thought I'd win for sure. An appeal was 400 bucks so I gave up as the total amount was around 2100 lesson learned

I did not have a lawyer i represented my self but i feel because of my past she found me guilty and the two people got up and lied to the judge, she believed them two against one and 1and lost. Hi, I just watch an italian movie. The woman who killed the girl was acquited. But later they found out she is the killer because of her shoe. Can they get appeal for that? Because I got confuse when the movie said they will ask for an appeal but I thought it will be double jeopardy.

I had the same question. I had a Judge rule in my favor, but the damages I was asking for to repair my home came out to be just court fees. I was heated and definitely going to appeal his decision
