First of all i would like to thank for the useful videos you uploaded.After waiting 1 year and 2 months, today BAMF sent me my interview result which is rejected. So, they gave me 30 days to appeal to the court. what should I do? is there any possibility for the deportation to my home country after 30 appeal days ended?(with appeal) What kind of preparation should i do? تشکر از معلومات تان برادر من قبولی یکساله گرفتم چهار ماه میشه اما تسکیره پاسپورت ندارم فعلا سوال من این است حق سفر در کشورهای چهار بغل المان را دارم بدون Reise pass یا نی
سلام بر شما، زنده باشید. اجازه اقامتی را که شما بعد از بدست آوردن قبولی تان بدست آورده اید، برای استفاده در آلمان میباشد. و برای سفر به خارج از آلمان، به شمول کشور های همسایه آلمان، شما به پاسپورت معتبر کشور خود و یا پاسپورت خاکستری که از طرف اداره خارجی ها برای شما داده میشود، ضرورت دارید. باز هم میتوانید در رابطه با وکیل و یا یک دفتر مشوره دهی برای پناهندگان مراجعه کنید تا نظر به کیس این شخص و نوعیت کار و سفرش برایش مشوره بدهد.
@@asadzeeshan4321 salam dear Asad bro. If the police gets the person in the border to the other country, he may not be let to enter the other country. If he is controlled inside the other country, depending on their law, they will decide what will they do with him, but anyways he may be sent back/deported to Germany.
@@fardeennoori tnx and when they come back to germany, germany will take their residency back or they can make problem to give niederlassung or Einburgerung?
