Sir there were many consideration you talked about fluid allocation, but while considering for lube oil to water, you just talked about viscosity. Is there a preferance to consider first and last?

Great u observed that !! m depends on Laminar/Turbulent flow m = 0.25 for Laminar m= 0.14 for turbulent (like htc equation)
