EV ഇപ്പൊൾ പുള്ളിക്ക് ചേരുന്ന പരുവം ആയിട്ടില്ല. എന്നാൽ EV യെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള പല ധാരണകളും ശരിയല്ല. അവയൊക്കെ മാറും എന്ന് കരുതുന്നു. EV യെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ പറയുന്ന കണക്കുകൾ പലതും ശരിയല്ല. 1) ഒട്ടും ഓട്ടം ഇല്ലാത്ത ബുദ്ധിമാന്മാർ മാത്രമല്ല, അത്യാവശ്യം ഓട്ടം ഉള്ള മണ്ടന്മരും വണ്ടി എടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ളവരുമായി സംസാരിച്ചു നോക്കുക. ഞാൻ ഒരു ലക്ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു. 2) KSEB ബില്ലിൻ്റെ കാര്യം (3000 -> 20000) ശരിയല്ല 3) 23 ലക്ഷത്തിന് പകരം 10 ലക്ഷം വണ്ടി വാങ്ങി ബാക്കി FD ഇടുന്ന കാര്യം (അത് ഇപ്പൊൾ വാങ്ങിയ hyrider നു ബാധകമാണ്). ഒരേ മോഡൽ നോക്കിയാൽ ഇത്രയും വില വ്യത്യാസം വരില്ല. 4) എറണാകുളം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം മാത്രമല്ല charging station ഉള്ളത്. Plan ചെയ്തു പോയാൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം മുതൽ ബാംഗ്ലൂർ വരെ പോലും വലിയ കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ലാതെ പോകാം (ഞാൻ പല തവണ പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്). പാലക്കാട് മുതൽ ബാംഗ്ലൂർ വരെ ഉള്ളതിനേക്കാൾ charger തിരുവനന്തപുരം മുതൽ പാലക്കാട് വരെ ഉണ്ട്. 5) battery വില ശരിയാണ്. എന്നാലും അത് മൊത്തമായി മാറ്റേണ്ടി വരാൻ സാധ്യത ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് അറിഞ്ഞത്. ഇപ്പൊൾ transportation സൗകര്യത്തിന് വേണ്ടി warrenty യില് ഉള്ള വണ്ടികൾക്ക് മൊത്തത്തിൽ free ആയി മാറ്റി നൽകുകയാണ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. 6) ബാറ്ററി വെള്ളം കയറി short ആകുന്നതിനേക്കൾ engine exhaust വഴി engine നു പണി വരാൻ ആണ് സാധ്യത എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. ബാറ്ററി, അതിൻ്റെ connectors ഒക്കെ IP 67 rated ആകാനാണ് സാധ്യത. But engine (strong hybrid ) is developed by Toyota which is more reliable and practical than any other car.. If this car has a better build quality like crysta,hycross,fortuner,altis no other can beat this car.it'll be more VFM..

Everything he told about electric applies to hybrid as well. Hybrid vehicles will not run once Hybrid battery is down. RU-vid has videso showing this problem in Toyota Prius. Toyota hybrid cars cannot run with petrol alone. Trying to do so could cause severe damage to the Hybrid system is what mentioned in their website. Another drawback is that as and when Hybrid battery gets older, charging efficiency will reduce thus drops mileage. Compared to EV, battery replacement will not cost that high, this is the only advantage.

Hybrid cars are run only by electric motor only. engine is used to charge the battery only ,There is no gear box connected with engine and the purpose of the engine is to generate electricity. If battery fails we had to change the battery we can' drive by engine only.
