I am Eniola Oluwabusayo Daranijo, I gained admission to nbcc and my admission was withdrawn the first time due to failure to submit study permit on the due date but I was later granted Visa. I reapplied and I was given but it was withdrawn the second time due to a general reason that they have gotten the number of students they want from my Country. Now I have my Visa and I want to pursue my career in justice studies-correction. What should I do? Thank you for your time.

Main applicant will write for the minor and format is as simple as this - First, introduce yourself as the mother of the minor and mention your program, school and intake. Then introduce your child - name, age, what grade. Tell something about him/her like his/her personality/characterics, what they wanna be when they grow up Then next your reasons why you want to bring them with you and give assurance that you will be responsible for them/their actions while you are in Canada Then closing.

For some of the forms, especially, IMM1294E, IMM5257E, and that for open work permit application, once I click on validate, a pop-up appears saying: "Validation completed successfully. Please, print the entire application and sign and date the last page. If you are applying online, you do not need to sign your application form by hand. You will be asked to provide an electronic signature once you are ready to transmit your documents to CIC". Should I still print or just validate and wait till I transmit everything to CIC so I can provide an electronic signature? Thanks once again, you are the best!
Hi! No I didn't print those anymore since there's already an instruction for online application you don't have to. I also did not affix any e-signature. As stated there, before you can finalize your submission, you will be asked for an electronic signature (which is actually just an "Agree/Disagree" button if I remember correctly) asking you that all information provided are true and correct something along that line 😉 that acts as your signature for your application. 😊

Gawa lang sa MS Word gayahin lang ung format hindi kailangan exactly the same sa nasa form pero basta maiintindihan ng VO tapos dun po sa client info file yun isasama.

Most probably po imemention nyo yung abt sa business nyo sa SOP nyo tama? Lahat po ng babanggitin nyo sa SOP kailangan may proof po kaya yes, need isama ang business docs na meron ka. At kung ang business mo ang isa sa magiging source of income mo for POF then yes better with ITR.

Yah there's really two charges for open work permit one is for the processing and another is the owp holder fee. There are eligibility criteria to apply for open work permit, you can read it here www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1361&top=4

Hi Ms. Melanie, I just want to ask. We are a family of 4 as well and and recently got a refusal via our SDS applcation (DIY). Did you have to talk to an immi lawyer or agent to get the ATIP or reason for refusal as the letter they sent was kinda generic regarding intentions to return to home country. We just want to know the exact reasons before we reapply. Hope you can advise us from your experience on what steps should we do after refusal. Maraming Salamat! ❤
I didn’t talk to any immig lawyer. But yes I got an atip/gcms thru someone na nagooffer ng service to get one on my behalf. You can also get one thru getgcms.com but it is not guaranteed din all the time na detailed ung makukuha mong atip/gcms. Minsan generic lang din nakasulat dun just like what was written sa refusal letter.

Hello Melanie, I'm about to submit my Study permit application today - even went through and signed it however haven't paid for it yet. Now, the buttons under Action have disappeared so I can no longer access my application! Any help would be appreciated! I'm using the GCkey
That really happens unfortunately 😅you just have to wait for few minutes. Keep refreshing, delete your history, clear cache or even try using other device. The buttons will come back for sure 👍
It reappeared after 24hours and I have successfully submitted my application. IRCC has sent biometrics letters of instruction but I noticed my kids were exempted. They are less than 3 years of age.

Required ang medical pero it’s up to you kung magupfront ka or hintayin monang medical request. Mas maigi mag upfront na lang kasi mas nakakatagal ung hihintayin panung request

Ms Mel, hirapan ako makakuha ng bank statement sa bank ko sa bacolod city, I am based in Dubai with bank accounts here po, I have our salary account and can provide payslips, employment certificates etc here, although the purpose of study is to later on is to expand the business of my sister, we have a bank account together, and/or po kami, they have mayor’s permit of the business etc., tourism and hospitality management kasi po kukunin, at the moment they are supplying to hotels in bacolod, so yun po..our joint account doesn’t gave too much money there perhaps 100k pesos but my UaE account has liquid cash that we can easily access

And until now po ganun parin nakalagay parin sa action yung continue application and delete application. Ano po ang mali maam? Wala pa din po email galing ircc para sa application number ko po. Kinakabahan po kasi ako baka masayang yung bayad.

Hello po, on process pa po documents namin, we already applied visas for employer, open work permit, sp and 2 trv..kaso po nag 6 yung edad ng anak ko this january. so instead of TRV pina apply kami ng SP niya. Namention ko po yun na ang LOA ay hindi LOA ng minor kundi nung main SP. Much better po yung form 137. Imm5713 is kailangan kasi ung main SP applicant ang tatayong representative ng lahat ng members ng family (as the name of the form suggests)

I think namention ko sa video na required ng police clearance sa lahat ng bansang tinirhan in the last 10 years. So kung ngayong 2024 ka magaapply, sakop parin yan ng 10 years.

You must then provide us with the SP application number through your IRCC secure account by replying to this request letter. Once we have received your message with the SP application number, your TRV application will be withdrawn and a refund issued for the TRV processing fee. Your SP will then be processed. Binigyan lang po kami ng 15 days to give the SP application number.
mam, pwed po ba na mag apply kami SP then magbayad ng fees kahit kulang pa yung attachments namin. Still processing pa kasi yung temporary selection of studies thru Arrima portal. kahit later na yung ibang files. Bignigyan lang kasi kami ng 15 days to provide them with SP application number. Kung wala po kayong nakikitang tab for the minor that means may mali sa pagkakasagot nyo sa questionnaire. Pakibalikan po ang part 1 nandun ang step by step pagsagot sa questionnaire nagsample ako na may kasamang minor

Kung ang laman ng acct ay savings mostly galing sa sweldo then yes go ahead use the payslips as proof of funds. Yung mga deposits must match sa mga amounts ng nasa payslips.

Ang 2yo hindi pa yun sp minor ha trv palang yun.. Namention ko sa part 2 sa part ng imm1294 kung pano sagutin ung part na yun for both the main sp applicant and for the sp minor
