This is Part 3 of our "Scrap It OR Fix It" series for this early 2000's John Deere GT225 Garden Tractor. This tractor is powered with a 15HP Kohler Command Single Cylinder ( CV15 ). This John Deere has been on the property for 7-8 years. It has been parked for at least 6 years. Our kids use to drive it until one day it wouldn't start and it got pushed out back to not be thought about again...until now! Come with us through Parts 1, 2 and 3 as we try to get this old girl back up and running. Thanks for coming along for the ride!

Wow your used / spare parts inventory is huge . That Deere looks a bit rough and yes has some unique character but she runs. . 😂 Lol. Wishing you two success in your RU-vid venture. Keep at it your channel with grow exponentially before you you it. Enjoy seeing the scrap yard kitties 🐱

A few years ago I bought an older Chevy blazer that a dealership said it had no reverse which it did. Anyway when I got it home the good tires were on the front and I wanted them on the back. All the lug nuts were put on backwards. I hope this wasn't done by a well trained mechanic.

Yes we do sell a few. Our business started 12 years ago just flipping used tractors. We love our shop kitties, and we expected our viewers would to😊

Unbelievable hoader I thought you should have pressure washed it it's not looking good it a donkey

Hi there! Thank you for your comment. I'm not sure what a hoader is. Our intentions were to bring the tractor in to see if we could make it run and drive with minimal money out of pocket, after it had sat out in the elements for over 8 years. The hood is destroyed and I'm quite certain the pressure washer would finish it off. Personally, I like the way it looks. It has wear marks. She's not going to any beauty pageants, that's for sure. She's not a Donkey, She's a Leopard! :)
