Part 5: Biking the Annapurna Circuit and Upper Mustang 

We are in Nepal, bikepacking the Annapurna Circuit and Upper Mustang and raising awareness for the intellectually disabled and their caregivers.

In this episode, we go from Tsarang to Lo Manthang to Yara. I shed my bikepacking bags and go full mountain biking mode, and I needed it!
