We hadn't been to Arezzo before, and decided to give it a bash. It takes a while to get to, and were we impressed? Partly. A lot of that is down to the distance from us, though. It's lovely, and the new town has plenty of amenities too. If you're in the area, absolutely give it a go - especially if you're there for the medieval festival (www.discovertu...) or the monthly antiques market (fieraantiquari....
