Its sad when you look back at one of the old Gene Husting videos where he gives a tour of the AE factory back when you guys made everything in house. Sad now you gotta send the stuff off to vendors overseas instead of walking over to a machine in the building and getting the parts made. I miss usa made AE and Losi! 🇺🇸
I do as well, frankly I think everyone does, but as someone who deals in manufacturing everyday, they could easily do it, with one small roadblock...instead of the car being $399 it would be $1,399. Who is going to buy that? I wouldn’t. Do you miss it that much? Would you spend that on a B7 rolling chassis?
Keep in mind this I s a whole new platform that hey haven't made yet so like it makes sense that they would want to build suspense before release AE keep it up and I might switch back as long as ya car stays in the price range of most 2wd cars otherwise it'll likely flop due to most of yalls customers not being team drivers but you knew that 😅
what are you saying? Your statements are contradictory to themselves, and certainly not reflective of the AE track record. B4,5, and 6 platforms have multiple world championships.
The platform I'm referring to is the b7 it's new woth the geometry trans and chassis plate so I was jsut trying to figure out weather it was gonna stay a similar price to the current 2wd buggies on the market or because of its changes is it gonna be more expensive I never said anything about their platform not having any credit just was voicing the little guys who don't have the high budgets that some racers have more Co corned about being able to afford the damn thing than anything else
It's hard to compete with China and Taiwan. American manufacturers need to start charging less and producing more It's actually not their fault. It's politics that make them have to send it overseas to be made. California is raised minimum wage to 20 dollars an hour. What production company here in the USA can afford to pay that? Wokeness is destroying America. Fast food costs more than sitting in a restaurant. The people vote for these politics. It's sad that they never learn from it. I left California for that reason. I could not afford to pay my employees anymore. I offered a bonus and to pay 3 months rent for those that would move their families to Tennessee and continue working for me. I was not shocked when 95% of them did the move. They were all looking for an excuse to leave California. I'm just glad they came because they are all hard workers. Hiring new people is stressful.
Team Associated plastic & alum parts shud be made in USA……AE needs get on there quality control an get sum ppl in there that enjoy RC an race RC that also know how to machine parts and run machines like me..i use to run fadal machine/hyundia kia but il run a hass whats up
