When I saw this as a little girl I wanted to marry Anthony Andrews, he's so charming and sauve! I was heart broken to learn that he's been happily married since before I was born haha (then again he does have a son that's my age :D)

The kind of girl who did that back then was definitely not someone who would save herself. In fact, I think they even had a saying: "If she changes behind the dress-fold when you're in the room, she pokes."
@jimbrown257 she's not necessarily sleeping with both men. if you look closely later, you'll see that she only took off her cape and the outer shell of her dress. she was still technically "dressed." you are right though. Marguerite doeose indeed come across as "easy"
