This video walks through CalSWEC's Title IV-E Employment Verification Form (EVF). Title IV-E Schools should review all graduate submissions carefully. All EVF links are individualized and sent to the graduates directly via email. Graduates should submit their EVF within 31 days of beginning their employment obligation. Graduates pending obligation will receive the reminder and EVF link every 6 weeks until the form is submitted.
Please note:
- Part-time employees will need to calculate their own Expected Obligation Completion Date
- Graduate employment obligations are tracked and verified SEPARATELY. Employment start and end dates should NOT overlap. The BASW employment obligation should be tracked and credited first, followed by the MSW employment obligation. Multiple IV-E degree program graduates will need to submit EVF and ECF separately for each degree.
- A document with agency letter head or a school-approved verification form will suffice as documentation.
A transcribed version of the form can be found here: docs.google.com/document/d/1Q...
