Saw the price online $400. I remember getting the factory team b4 with coupons for $190. Only difference now is that the chassis is aluminum. It wass Atsushi hara that first drove a Kyosho mid motor option and was successful. That's when everyone started making their own mid motor designs. That means no one even tried enough configurations to be original.
Man people can be jealous of this new original design 💪while XRAY only now stole the B6.4 platform AE came out with something unique and i know there will be NOTHING on the market in 2024 to beat it. Can't wait for mine. Already pre ordered. The LD3 might be its only competition. There is nothing more reliable and durable on the market. I have raced all the brands and driven a lot of guy's cars.. love the LD2 and LD3's performance, but i bet this new car will be a beast.
From my experience with ae cars, they don't drive as consistently and steering does not feel good either. I used to have nothing but ae cars due to their reputation of winning the most championships, but when I drove people's cars from other brands like Kyosho, Schumacher and xray, I was blown away by the consistency and more steering. After that my ae 2wd, 4wd, tc and 1/8 buggy didn't stay very long until I replaced them with others more durable, more steering, quicker response steering that swapping servos alone can't change. If you've driven enough brands you'll know what I'm talking about, sharper quicker steering, which has nothing to do with servo speed. It's like when you drive a bmw that has predictable sharp steering compared to a Toyota. Ae would have that cheap Toyota steering feel. Can't wait for other companies to steal this design with their more durable plastics and sharper steering. It's karma and what weasels do, stealing others hard work from r and d, but Ae blatantly stole the 1/8 buggy design so I wouldn't feel bad at all.
AE stole the 1/8 buggy design from who? How many different ways can you make a 1/8 buggy platform? You're delusional. The fact that you have such hatred means you're a shill. You never owned an AE car in your life. You are some Chinese distributor shill trying to capitalize on AE or you're some delusional nut. I have driven enough brands to know that AE has always gotten me on the podium. Kyosho and Xray are ethical companies? Now that is something to laugh at. 😂 The kings of cloners.
The car's suck but win more championships? So AE have the best drivers? Maybe you need to learn how to set your car up! If you don't like AE sounds like you wasted your time watching these videos! You don't make any sense dude ✌️
@@clarktempleman6547 I'm not surprised you said that. I have a life. I can't spend hours testing many setups. Team drivers make setups for tracks around the US and the world, but I'm more of a weekend warrior. I like cars that are more durable, more consistent and has sharper more predictable steering steering. That's why I mentioned bmw having fun predictable and sharp steering that makes you want to drive harder. That's what xray and Kyosho offer. Schumacher is badass also. In this hobby many blindly buy several of the same kit, but if they actually drove other brands that were built properly they'd be surprised by the driving difference. Each rc brand have a signature driving feel the same way actual vehicles do. Anyone that has tested several real cars and rc cars know this is true. Nothing in 8th scale steers harder and sharper than tekno. I made the mistake for starting all my rc racing with ae. I refused to believe otherwise due to the proven race wins. My eyes opened when I tried other top brands. The drivers have a lot to do with it. For confidence and a car that makes you want to drive harder, Kyosho and xray are superior. I'm not buying either one of those brands anymore because in the past decade rc prices skyrocketed. So yes, I'm unbiased. I will talk the good and bad about every brand. How much does ae pay you?
@@one4all885 I don't get paid at all I'm a every other weekend warrior! But sounds like you spend a lot of time at the track with all the brands you tried so good for you but it sounds like you have such ill will towards AE that you would waste your time and write such novels to put down a brand that's trying to make a better product and keep this hobby moving forward! Stay gold ponyboy✌️😉
