Thanks for posting this up. I was in the states and as you know, hockey doesn't exist. I had my PVR set up to tape this and for some reason, it never picked it up. I was truly bummed. Anyway, like I said, thanks for taking the time to post this up.

This scene always made me emotional, because this great character guy poured his heart and soul into this city and the team, and yet he could never win the Cup. I felt sorry for him. Then, he is back as president of hockey operations. The Canucks may not LOOK so promising now to some people, but this man will put it together. Number 16 will soon pick up his Stanley Cup ring.

This is why I'm a Canucks fan. Sometimes it can be painful, sad, and frustrating. But memories of #16 make it all worthwhile.

Linden for GM. The Canucks organization is all washed up now that I can no longer cheer for them. But if Linden can return and set things in order, I will be a Canuck fan again.

Wow if one great fan didn't decide to upload the full ceremony a decade ago I would've never seen this ceremony in it's entirety

I get chills everytime I watch this. Is it just me, or does Linden's brother look like someone famous?

Yeah, a little bit bogus that choice. I much prefer the music they used to retire Bure's number.
