I have changed the bydefault location {/var/lib/pgsql/11/data to /postgres/mylocation/data} how to reload the hba file now. Because I have another cluster(/postgres/mylocation/data)on 5432 ,systemctl status postgresql-11.service is inactive please reply
Qq; u have the clusters running on different ports? If yes you have the change of the ports in postgresql.conf file to 5433 or .... restart cluster. But remember to psqk to a particular cluster, u have to specific the port since you have two clusters psql -p 5433 or ....
