If you dont want it so bright on camera, just get a pro app I recommend pro cam x for android and turn down the shutter speed and you'll get real good images
im new to this aswell. i have the skywatcher st120mm which i got about 2 months ago. i was thinking of getting the tmb eyepieces. but not too sure on which ones to get.
@@rashidmahmood24 I think for the money you can't go wrong I'm definitely impressed with their 2.5mm and the guy from the youtube channel Hertfordshire allotments compares them to the more expensive eyepieces which he believes they come close too. Have a look at the SVBONY range also they have a set which costs about £20 there the ones with a gold band around the eyepiece 👍
Bear to mind the video was never intended to show of the camera but more so the difference in eyepiece as the observer would perceive looking through the eyepiece. This is why all setting were left as is. Otherwise every eyepiece could of been made to output whatever result one would desire. 🙂
Good comparison would like to see with a nice filter to time the images down a bit and see what detail we can see oh shout out to Herts channel too he has some great videos too subscribed and awaiting some more TMB images through the lens 😊😊👍👍👍
@@MansHobbsInterests I can recommend the svbony moon and sky glow that’s very good as is the adjustable polarising filter both make a massive diffenrce to contrast on planetary targets 👍👍
@@paulrobert7880 I have the 4/10/20mm svbony aspheric eyepieces and there pretty damn good eyepieces too the gold band ones lots of people hate the 4mm one perhaps I just got lucky because it’s far superior to all my other 4mm EP’s 😊
The 3.2 starguider has av ot of light scatter but its sharp in most scopes under 1000mm the 5mm and 12mm dual eds are gems the tmbs are all good exc 3.2mm ..compared them to my delites very little in it except the tmb 8 had greater contrast in my c925....the 5 element Konig with barlow (smyth element) in the TMBs are worth every penny .. PS: use a filter toooo bright or do moon with a filter that would be a good comparo..or how obvious is jupiters red spot etc..good work though mate
I just received a 3.2mm TMB but I am pretty sure it is a 2.5mm. I was expecting a 203x magnification in my telescope but I am getting much more than my 217x set. Is that normal?
You know for somebody that's supposed to be into astro photographyou seem to be like a newbie not to be disrespectful. Why didn't you try to pick something with more definition like Saturn using filters that will enable somebody to see the contrast in the sharpness. If you're going to show points of light why don't you put a double star even though they're planetary I pieces for definition in sharpness.
Your right I am a newbie but with regards to Saturn, I live in the middle of london surrounded by buildings and a high fence and it wouldn't be feasible to travel to do this in time I have. Sorry you didn't like the video.
