Thanks so much! This is a great pattern. I switched the blue out for red, and the red for green, to make an R2D1 droid. Excellent Christmas gift. ;)

I love this tutorial! I had some trouble getting my son's size right so I ended up making 5 hats. 3 we're too big and one was too small. That means my husband, daughter and I all got R2D2 hats too. No one is complaining! Friends and strangers want to know where they can get one, so I refer them to you. I'm about to start the BB8 hat(s). Thanks so much! I'm pregnant and on bed rest so this has been a sanity saver. I love all of your ideas!

I really like your tutorial but found some parts hard to follow as I couldn't see what you were doing and so found myself having to guess how you wanted the next step done.
