Why aren’t these parties parties a part of this executive meetings? At the end of the day they are part of the main body??? Why are they only satisfied only to have a government rather than be a part or the executive,. The ability to scrutinise and vet thoroughly is big talk indeed however, you don’t have the numbers to influence votes when you look at how te council is stacked. The two interviewees have avoided answering the question about positions of different sections. THEY HAVENT ASKED FOR POSITIONS. how slippery is that? Every part of the council and its work is always veiled in secrecy, who can trust ANC again?
