Pls help me with this question An adult 32 year old comes to casuality with history of fall from tree and imjury to lower back two days ago Patient is unable to move both lower limbs On examination patient is conscious,tome in lower limb is decresed and reflexes are lost X ray shows transection of spinal cord at mid thoracic region Whay is the diagnosis Basis of decreased tone What will be the finding of babinski sign??
