Yeah it hasn't changed much except that there's less of antique/vintage stuff. Have heard about that market only recently so will visit for sure once the lockdown is over. Thanks Sharon!

Hey Kimberly! Well I guess both countries have their pros and cons.. but if you really enjoyed NZ I'm sure there will always be a way for you to make NZ home one day! In NZ many young couples struggle to pay rent and its almost impossible to buy a house in Auckland on an average income nowadays.. so I guess in that sense sg is much better with the bto system and all. @@ReddotDiaries It was great, do visit Mt Egmont National Park. In Auckland where you reside, there's a Karekare Beach where the movie "The Piano" was shot, nice place.

Yes the food here was very nice. Auckland has many markets so hope you can visit one day!

Hey Alvin I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you. That kind of incident helps you realise just how safe Singapore is and how easy it is for us to take it for granted. I've caught myself doing things like going for a walk at night, leaving my belongings on a table overseas then realising that I'm not in SG anymore. Don't mean to shine NZ in a bad light but I've had many similar experiences growing up in NZ in malls, school and definitely Queen Street. But really most people in NZ are very nice and kind and you just need to avoid certain places and certain times... I hope you'll still visit NZ one day again. BTW those people eating your chicken while you went toilet is crazy man. Never heard that happen to anyone 😭

Hey, there was a guy selling household detergent etc at cheaper price. A bit similar to those shops that are always on fire sale in sg that sell parallel imported stuff from Thailand etc. I think the fruits/vegetables are not that much cheaper than supermarkets but probably more fresh
